Last tuesday, January 31st, the Greyhounds faced off against the Cheney Blackhacks. During the first half of the game it was very close, but as the game went on it became clear that the Hounds would prevail. With a couple breakaway dunks by Jared Anderson and Jake Wells the Hounds had an easy game. The Hounds have had some of their easier games against the one and ten Cheney Blackhacks: the hounds beat them 67-26 on the 20th. Hopefully the hounds will continue their winning season on Febuary second against the West Valley Eagles.
Hounds prepare for Eagles
The Hounds prepare for a difficult game against the West Valley Eagles. The Hounds are coming off of a tough loss to Timberlake that ended with a score of 40-10 in favor of the Tigers. The Eagles are coming off a solid win against Moscow with a score of 42-7. The Hounds fast paced offense will surely push West Valley out of their comfort zone, but West Valley is looking to counter with pure power. The Hounds certainly have their work cut out for the them and are looking to get their first league win this Friday at Hobbs Field.
