The Boys' Basketball team faced off against league rival Clarkston on Wednesday, January 25th. In the most recent 2A state rankings, Pullman came in at sixth, trailing Clarkston at first. In their closest matchup of the season, the Hounds played a phenomenal first half, leading the Bantams by two points after 16 minutes. However, Pullman came out of the locker room a step slower, allowing Clarkston to outscore them by 14 points in the 3rd quarter, netting a 12 point lead after three. A late comeback effort by the Hounds ultimately fell short, with Clarkston leading 66-60 after the final buzzer rang. Pullman looks to bounce back in their next game, as they travel to West Valley on Saturday, January 28th. In their last matchup, Pullman won 69-49 and look to replicate that performance.
