The Pullman boys' basketball team achieved another win against the Cheney Blackhawks on Thursday, January 21st. Coming off a significant loss against the Clarkston Bantams, Pullman needed a win to regain moral and boost confidence, and on the road trip to Cheney the Hounds got exactly what they went there to get. The Hounds never trailed against their opponent, leading from start to finish. The final outcome of the game was Pullman 63, Cheney 44. In the dominating performance by the Greyhounds, James Miles had quite the night of shooting, hitting four threes from behind the line and racking up seven points in the paint with a total of 19. Jared Anderson also had a solid outing scoring ten for the Hounds and helping them get the W. For the Blackhawks, their leading scorer was Jamiel Worthem with a total of 14. With this win the Greyhound advance with a record of 12-3 out of league and 4-3 in it which allows them to tie for second with the West Valley Eagles. The Hounds' next game will be located in the Hound Pound on Saturday, January 23rd against West Valley.
