In the second game of the double header, the Hounds again started out fast with two runs in the first inning. In the bottom of the second the Cougars tallied three runs as they took the lead heading into the third. That didn’t affect the Hounds as they tallied on two runs in the third and fourth innings. Payton Kallaher got the start on the mound for the Hounds as he totaled three innings. From the third inning on it was a pitching carousal as the Hounds had four pitchers, (Senior Brandon Lees, Freshman Hyatt Utzman, Freshman Carson Coulter, and Junior Konner Kinkade) to close out the game. Payton Kallaher came logged the win and Senior Zane Wilson tallied three hits as the Hounds defeated the Cougars 7-3.
