For the Greyhound's last regular season away game, Pullman traveled up to Spokane to face the number one team in the league, East Valley. Anticipating a tough game ahead, the girls knew they would have to step it up. Starting the match with a slower pace the Greyhounds allowed a header off of a corner kick to score the first goal of the game in the 13th minute. For the remainder of the first half Pullman started to develop more attacking opportunities, as well as having a stronger defensive backline. Senior goalkeeper Jocelyn Gross had an amazing pentalty kick save that helped keep the game in reach. Coming out from halftime the Knights did not led up on their offensive attack. Two goals by Chloe Gellhaus in the 58th and 63rd minute, ended the game with a final score of 3-0 going to East Valley. Senior Keeper Jocelyn Gross had a total of 14 saves out of East Valley’s 17 shots, Pullman finished with one shot.
Quote of the Game: Sophmore Defender, Abigail Wadsworth commented on the game saying "Soccer isn't just physically difficult, but also mentally. We need the ability to be both physically and mentally tough."
